Contact form.When you write to us through the site, we collect what you type: your name, email address, company name, and message. That’s all. The form has no hidden fields.

Server and technical data. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.

What we don’t do.We don’t sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or buy data about you from anyone. There is no account system on this site, so we hold no passwords.

We use contact-form data for exactly one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it goes somewhere, to conduct the business relationship that follows. Under the GDPR, our legal basis is your consent (you chose to write to us) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries addressed to us. Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functioning.

We use two service providers to run this website, both bound by their own data-processing terms:

• Resend (resend.com) delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox. Resend is a US-based service; form data transits its infrastructure.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)hosts the website and its infrastructure.

Beyond these processors, contact-form data is seen only by the people at Nividata who handle inquiries.

Nividata operates from India, and our processors operate globally (including the United States). By contacting us, your data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area. We limit what we collect to the minimum needed to respond to you, and our processors maintain recognized safeguards for international transfers (including standard contractual clauses where applicable).

Inquiry emails are retained as long as they’re relevant to an actual or potential business relationship, and deleted on request at any time. Technical logs are retained for a short rolling period consistent with our hosting provider’s defaults, for security purposes only.

If you’re in the EEA or UK (and as a matter of our own policy, wherever you are), you can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you (access);
• correct it (rectification);
• delete it (erasure);
• stop processing it or restrict processing (objection / restriction);
• give it to you in a portable format (portability).

Write to info@nividata.comand we’ll respond within 30 days. If you believe we’ve mishandled your data and we haven’t resolved it, you have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

This website is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy, we’ll change the effective date above and, for material changes, note it plainly on this page. We won’t quietly weaken it.
