Senior-led engineering since 2017

We become your engineering team.

A senior team of 20+ engineers who architect, build, and maintain custom web, mobile, and AI-native products, for founder-led companies who’d rather own a great product than run a dev team.

What we do

One senior team across the whole stack.

The people who architect your product are the ones who build, ship, and keep it running in production.

AI-native engineering

AI at the core of the product, not bolted on after.

LLM, RAG, and agentic capabilities designed into the architecture from day one, and AI woven through how we build, so your product ships faster and does more. We put AI into software; we don’t train models, and we’ll tell you honestly when AI isn’t the answer.

AI features in production, not demos

LLM copilots, RAG search, and agents shipped inside real products your customers use every day.

AI-accelerated delivery

We build with AI in the loop, so scoped work ships faster without giving up senior review.

Honest about where AI fits

We put AI into software; we don't train models, and we'll tell you when AI isn't the right tool.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How long do Nividata's clients typically stay?

Our longest relationship, with GuideDoc, is now in its eighth year and still active. Across our client base, 88% of our revenue comes from clients who've stayed with us for two years or more. Retention is the proof we point to, not portfolio logos.

Is Nividata an agency or an embedded engineering team?

We work as an embedded team, not a project-based agency. A senior engineer owns your architecture and stays accountable for it in production: the same team that designs your system builds, ships, and runs it, for as long as you need us.

How big is Nividata's engineering team?

We're a senior-led team of 20+ engineers, founded in March 2017. Every engagement is architected by a senior engineer. There are no account managers or junior benches between you and the people building your product.

What kind of companies does Nividata work with?

Founder-led companies, roughly 1-50 people, with a product that already earns revenue or is close to it. We work best with founders who have few or no in-house engineers and want a long-term technical partner rather than a vendor to manage.

What does Nividata actually build?

Web platforms and SaaS products (Python/Django, React/Next.js), mobile apps (Flutter, React Native), applied AI features (LLM and RAG integrations built into existing products), and cloud/DevOps architecture as an AWS Consulting Partner.

How does an engagement with Nividata start?

With a free 30-minute discovery call with a founder, not a salesperson. If it's a fit, that's usually followed by a paid discovery sprint (1-3 weeks) producing an architecture plan and honest estimates, then an embedded engagement with a 3-month minimum.

Talk to us before you hire, and before you get three more quotes.

In 30 minutes we’ll tell you what we think your biggest technical risk is, and whether we’re the right team to take it off your plate. If we’re not, we’ll say so.
